Before Aftertaste, Lee had never posted on Instagram or TikTok. Not once. He'd spent years running the same private practice therapy job, dependent on a small handful of insurance companies and referral sources for every new client. Growth felt out of reach, and marketing himself wasn't something he wanted to do or knew how to do. He had an online course he'd been building for months with no real way to get it in front of anyone.
Four months with Aftertaste changed that completely. His first post went up on March 21st, 2026. Today he has almost 32,000 Instagram followers, over 13,000 on TikTok, and more than 10,000 on Facebook — a platform he wasn't even trying to grow. In the last 30 days alone he's pulled over 5 million views and added more than 20,000 of those Instagram followers.
It's translated into real opportunity too. Two podcast invitations came directly from the content. Over 27 people have already handed over their email wanting what he's building — real leads for the course he'd been sitting on before any of this started.
Lee put it simply: there were nights early on when he'd compare his content to what else was out there and wonder what he was doing. Emma wasn't fazed. She'd seen it before, walked him through it, and kept him consistent until the traction came.
What could your life look like in four months, if you finally stopped sitting on what you've been building?
